We were not acknowledged or greeted when entering the diner. We were not offered a menu or table to dine. After we waited for several minutes, we decided to pick up a menu from the counter. The waitress immediately approached us and slammed several menus that she was carrying down onto the counter . Two individuals (possibly management) appeared from the back. Neither of them acknowledged or greeted us either. My sister eventually asked for assistance and was given a tight-lipped answer. We felt very uncomfortable and left the diner without any acknowledgement.
